- Do you work on homes and businesses?
- Yes. We do residential, commercial, and industrial electrical — wiring, controls, and lighting for homes, restaurants, offices, retail, and plants across Greater Boston, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
- Where are you located?
- We're based in Somerville and serve Greater Boston, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, with primary focus on Somerville, Cambridge, Medford, Arlington, Boston, Charlestown, Everett, Malden, Chelsea, Brookline, Watertown, Belmont, and Newton.
- What are your hours?
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emergency calls are taken — call (617) 767-1247. We can't promise a guaranteed arrival window, but we'll tell you what to expect.
- Do you install EV chargers?
- Yes. We install residential and small commercial charger circuits, including a panel-capacity check first. If your panel can't take the load, we'll quote the upgrade at the same time.
- Do you upgrade electrical panels?
- Yes. We do service upgrades and panel changes — 100A to 200A and 400A — including meter base and grounding work, and we pull the permit and coordinate with the utility.
- Do you wire restaurants and retail?
- Yes. We handle restaurant and kitchen circuits, lighting, and full retail build-outs, working around your schedule so you can open on time.
- Do you do radiant floor heat?
- Yes. We do the electrical wiring for radiant floor systems — dedicated circuits, line-voltage and low-voltage mat wiring, and thermostat controls, coordinating with your heating contractor.
- Are you family-owned?
- Yes. Costas Hatzis Electric is family-owned, founded in 2016, and serving the Greater Boston and New Hampshire area. The owner is a master electrician and is involved on the job.
