What we collect
When you call, email, or submit a form, we collect the information you give us — name, phone, email, address, property type, service needed, preferred time, and your message. If you check the SMS consent box, we note that you agreed to be texted about your request.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, send a confirmation that someone will call during business hours, and keep records of the job. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Only the people at Costas Hatzis Electric who need it to do the work. We may use third-party tools to manage contacts and messages, and those providers handle data under their own policies.
Text messages
If you consent, we may text you about your request or job. Standard message rates may apply. You can stop texts by replying STOP or asking us to stop.
